About us

Established in 2015 and based in North Sydney, Evaro Wealth Partners is a boutique wealth management business that holds its own Australian Financial Service Licence (AFSL). Owned and operated by experienced financial advisers, we are not owned or controlled by any financial product provider.

What we do

We provide personal and corporate financial planning services through a network of independently-operated financial planning practices, who pay us a fixed-dollar fee to ensure that they meet the highest professional standards. These member firms and their advisers (Authorised Representatives) abide by our practice guidelines and may only recommend products that appear on our Approved Product List (APL). While we only work with practices that are operated by experienced graduate professionals, we review every advice document that is issued by our member firms, collaborating closely with each adviser to ensure that decades of experience is applied to each piece of advice before it goes out to the client. This real-time audit process ensures that we can be confident of the quality of advice that is issued by our Authorised Representatives. Moreover, as a client of an Evaro member firm, you can be confident that your adviser is serious about acting in your best interests.

Consumer alerts

We recently became aware of a website (aussiedeposits.com) that was using our name, ABN and Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) number to target Australian consumers, under the guise of offering access to bank deposit investments. We have no association whatsoever with this operation and their use of our name and regulatory credentials is entirely fraudulent.

While this particular scam website has been shut down, please be aware that criminals regularly set up bogus websites where they impersonate or pretend to represent a legitimate business, or use the legitimate business’s ABN and regulatory credentials (such as an Australian Financial Services Licence) to lure members of the public into disclosing personal information or handing over money. Note the following about Evaro Wealth Partners’ services, and steps that you can take to protect yourself from fraudulent operators:

We only operate through a limited number of Authorised Representatives and their associate corporate entities, and do not offer services or products directly to the public. Any business that purports to be directly or indirectly operated by us, is likely doing so in a fraudulent manner.
If a business purports to be operating under our Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL no. 472429), or states that it is authorised to represent us, its principal/s must be officially registered as Authorised Representatives, which means you will be able to verify this on the government’s Financial Adviser Register here: https://moneysmart.gov.au/financial-advice/financial-advisers-register Do not act on advice from any individual or organisation unless the credentials of their principals can be verified in this manner.
Neither we nor our Authorised Representatives and their associated businesses will ever advertise or attempt to market investment opportunities or products on our respective websites. Be particularly careful of websites that advertise or compare interest rates or investment performance – we will never have an association with operations of that nature.
Our member firms will never require you to act on any personal financial advice unless it is provided in the form of a written Statement of Advice (SOA) and provided by an individual who is duly authorised by us and whose credentials can be verified on the Moneysmart Financial Adviser Register (link above).
Neither we nor our member firms and advisers will ever require you to deposit investment funds into our own bank accounts.
